ABOUT US

"I wanted a name that would recognize two of the Bible’s best-known poets.  But also, be a standalone name like that of an individual and David Solomon just had that ring to it".

- Jacqui Henry, Co-Founder of David Solomon.

David means beloved; Solomon means man of peace.

OUR VISION

Together wE Achieve More without limitation.

“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

African Proverb

Two are better than one, because together they can work more effectively. If one of them falls down, the other can help him up. But if someone is alone…there is no one to help him…Two men can resist an attack that would defeat one man alone.

Eccl 4:9–12 GN

WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL

THE JOURNEY

From a kitchen table conversation, earlier in the month by the co-founders,  on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at 6:00pm, six individuals came together to form the David Solomon Writers.

THE TEAM

Each individual brings their own level of expertise but we all come together to write. We maintain a respectful environment to foster creativity and the exposure of individual perspective.

THE MESSAGE

As anyone who has ever had a big idea knows, procrastination derails many good intentions. You are much more likely to achieve a goal when you belong to a supportive, encouraging group of peers who meet regularly, provide progress updates, hold each other accountable, and celebrate each other’s victories.

OUR IMPACT

Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. 10 For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up!

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

Our journey started with 2 which lead to the addition of 2 plus 2. There is something powerful with pairing and it is our belief and the core tenace of who we are and what we do.

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us.. John 1:14
We live, walk and work in the present. Being present is taking life One Day at a Time. In this devotional, our team seeks to explore and unpack each day to challenge its readers to recognize and realize the benefit of having a day and how to appreciate it.

The Journey

Each day offers stories and experiences. In those stories we take our readers on the journey to expand the appreciation for the day to create more journeys.

The Schedule

Our team is assigned a day to write. The two is better than one concept allows us to collaborate and create.

The Conversation

We simply love to talk about what we write and what we do. The conversation starts on the pages we write on to the voices that seeks to expand on the stories.

Our Process

We have a simple process in delivering our products and services.

  • Planning

We capture a vision of what is needed and create a prototype.

  • Organizing

We delegate to our various specialist and map out the work.

  • Managing

We check in regularly to see where each team member is at.

  • Delivering

This is not dependent on a final product but a series of end products leading to the final.
